Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required. You set up your company and start entering real data right away; nothing about the trial is a stripped-down demo. Public self-service sign-up isn't open yet, though — request a guided demo and we'll set your trial up with you directly.
What happens when the trial or a subscription ends?
If it isn't renewed, JorAcc switches to read-only: you can still view and export everything, but new invoices, journal entries, and other postings are paused until payment is confirmed. Nothing is deleted.
Can I run more than one company?
Starter includes one company. Pro allows up to two, each with its own chart of accounts, users, and history — one company's data is never visible from the other.
How do user seats work on Pro?
Pro includes 5 users shared across both companies. Someone who belongs to both companies still counts once toward that limit — but their role and access are set separately for each company. Extra seats can be added for JOD 3/month or JOD 30/year.
Is my data isolated from other JorAcc customers?
Yes. Every company's accounts, documents, and users are scoped to that company alone at the database level — access is never inferred from a shared login or a client-side setting.
Does JorAcc handle Jordan's VAT and e-invoicing rules?
VAT (General Sales Tax) rates, zero-rated and exempt handling, and JoFotara-ready invoice export are all built in. Automated, direct production filing to JoFotara requires a secure server-side connector to be set up for your account first; export and manual submission tracking are available from day one.
Does JorAcc work in Arabic?
Yes — the application itself, not only this website, is available in Arabic alongside English.
How do I pay, or change plans?
There's no online checkout. Email Support@JorAcc.com and our team will activate, change, or cancel your subscription directly with you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time — email us and we'll confirm the cancellation date. Your data remains accessible (read-only, as above) rather than disappearing the moment a subscription ends.
